Never load a single device again. ACTIVE cartridges, All-In-Ones, and mouthpieces come pre-racked, ready for automated filling right out the box.
100% accuracy
ACTIVE EZ Click jigs are engineered to perfectly guide our bases and mouthpieces into the correct position for filling and capping.
Up to 50 at a time
Filling is straightforward. Take a foam block of pre-racked cartridges or All-In-Ones out the box, and align into the jig. Now load the jig into your filling machine for precise filling. If you are hand-filling, the jig can support the devices as you fill.
One press and done
Once filled, align your mouthpieces over the cartridges or All-In-Ones and load directly into your capping machine. Listen out for the click. You’ve just capped multiple devices in one go.
Ready to sell
There's no unloading one-by-one. In one motion remove your capped devices from the jig. Your jig is now ready to go for the next batch. Your filled devices will remain safe in their tray until you're ready to package and sell. It’s that easy.
